Privacy Policy

Last updated: . This Policy explains how Yluzarineoghex.world (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use this website. Personal information means information about an identifiable individual, as understood under Canadian privacy law. This document is provided for transparency; it is not legal advice.

We design our practices to align with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including its ten fair information principles (accountability; identifying purposes; consent; limiting collection; limiting use, disclosure, and retention; accuracy; safeguards; openness; individual access; and challenging compliance). Where provincial private-sector laws apply instead of or alongside PIPEDA (for example in Alberta, British Columbia, or Quebec), we aim to meet those requirements as well.

1. Organization responsible and contact

Yluzarineoghex.world is responsible for personal information under our control. Address: 2181 Trout Lake Rd, North Bay, ON P1B 7S3, Canada. Email: assist@yluzarineoghex.world. Phone: +1 (613) 218-9133. For privacy requests, put “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where PIPEDA applies, within the timeframes set out in that Act (typically within 30 days of a valid access request, subject to limited exceptions).

2. Quebec and other provinces

If you reside in Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (often called Law 25) may give you additional rights, including rights relating to transparency, consent, automated processing, and cross-border transfers. You may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca). Residents of other provinces may have rights under provincial private-sector statutes (such as Alberta’s or British Columbia’s PIPA) where those laws apply to our activities.

3. Scope

This Policy covers personal information processed through pages on this domain: information you submit on the contact form; technical data collected automatically (for example in server or security logs); and data related to cookies and similar technologies if you enable them, as described in our Cookie Policy.

4. What personal information we collect

  • Contact and message content that you voluntarily provide: name, email address, and the text of your message.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and date/time stamps, often recorded in server or security logs by us or our host.
  • Cookie and similar data (including consent choices stored in your browser) as set out in the Cookie Policy.

5. Purposes, consent, and use

We collect and use personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances and as permitted by law. These purposes include: operating and securing the website; reading and replying to your inquiries; meeting legal obligations; and, only if you give meaningful consent (for example through our cookie banner), analytics or marketing-related measurement. We obtain consent when required, except where collection, use, or disclosure is permitted without consent under applicable law (for example certain security or legal situations).

You may withdraw consent where withdrawal is legally possible, subject to contractual or legal restrictions. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide certain features (for example optional analytics). Optional cookies can be refused or turned off via the banner and your browser settings.

Our primary compliance focus is Canada. If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom and GDPR applies to our processing, we honour applicable rights (including consent for optional tracking where required, and other lawful bases where appropriate).

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described and to comply with law. Contact correspondence is typically retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or accounting reasons. Server log retention follows our hosting provider’s schedule (often roughly 30–90 days). Cookie-related preferences persist until you clear site data or change your choices.

7. Disclosure and service providers

We may disclose personal information to service providers who assist us (for example website hosting, email delivery, or analytics or advertising partners if you opt in). We use contractual or other means to require a comparable level of protection. We do not sell personal information for money as a business model.

8. Cross-border processing

Some service providers may process or store information outside Canada (for example in the United States or the European Union). Where required by law, we take steps to ensure appropriate notice and protection, which may include contractual clauses or other safeguards recognized under PIPEDA or provincial law.

9. Security safeguards

We protect personal information with safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including physical, organizational, and technical measures (such as encryption in transit where available, access limitations, and vendor review). No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; please do not send highly sensitive personal or health information through the contact form.

10. Access, correction, and complaints

Under PIPEDA and comparable provincial laws, you generally have the right to request access to your personal information and to request correction of inaccurate information. You may also challenge our compliance with applicable privacy principles. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. We may need to verify your identity. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca). Quebec residents may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

11. Commercial electronic messages (CASL)

Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) regulates commercial electronic messages (such as promotional email). We do not send you marketing email unless you have provided express or implied consent as permitted by CASL, or the message is exempt. If you contact us through the form with a question, we will reply to that topic only. A separate optional checkbox on the contact form asks for express consent before we add you to any newsletter or promotional list. Every promotional message we send will include a clear way to unsubscribe or withdraw consent, where applicable.

12. Breach of security safeguards

If we become aware of a breach of our security safeguards involving personal information under our control that creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and affected individuals as required by PIPEDA and will document the breach as the law requires. Comparable provincial breach rules may apply depending on the circumstances.

13. Children

This site is intended for people who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory (or older if we specify). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for child-directed services. If you believe we have received a child’s information in error, contact us and we will take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

14. Automated decision-making

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.

15. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, when the change is material, provide additional notice where appropriate (for example a notice on the site).
